Gum is a hot, slow and very clean burning wood. Sourced from local farms and windrows primarily. It's great if you are looking for great overnight burning. 

Old Man Pine is a very hot burning wood that is denser and longer burning than standard plantation pine. It is very easy to light and puts heat out very fast (Ideal for heating the house quickly). It's sourced primarily from local farms and windrows.
