Macrocarpa is a medium density wood, that will burn well giving you a good steady heat, and pleasant aroma.  It splits and ignites well, please note- Mac does spark so it's not recommended for an open fire. Macrocarpa supplied in New Zealand is grown within New Zealand, the timber comes from either a forested plantation source, or farm shelterbelts.

Pine is a hot burning, easy lighting and quick heat providing wood, proving the perfect wood to get your fire up and roaring without hassle.
