We deliver direct to customers throughout the Hawkes Bay. Prices includes delivery to Napier, Hastings and Havelock North areas. Areas outside this will incur a delivery charge, please contact us for details.
Delivery is made Monday to Friday and Saturdays Mornings.

Using either firelighters or lots of newspaper, arrange the kindling in a pyramid and make sure your fire's air vents are open.
Use smaller logs to get the fire established.
Wait until it is roaring before turning the vent down. For best results, be sure to get your firewood from us! We supply all of the Hawkes Bay - firewood for sale in Napier, Hastings and Havelock North.

Stack the firewood off the ground and under cover or against a sheltering wall.
Make sure you leave enough gaps for drying air to pass through.

1 cord of firewood is equivalent to 3.6 cubic metres
Our wood is sold as a “thrown measure” which means that the quantity of wood is measured as if it was thrown into the truck, not as if it was stacked.
IMPORTANT INFO
General
- As per the HBRC - Dry firewood is defined as firewood with a moisture content of 25% or less, however our wood is not stored undercover and potentially may be rain wet (this is different from green wood that has not gone through the drying process, this drying process has usually completed by early March)
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Firewood supply is subject to availability
Payment Terms
- We accept cash, eftpos/paywave, internet banking
- If paying by internet banking please transfer to account number 06-0645-0717500-00
- For Deliveries - All wood needs to be either pre-paid or paid via cash or eftpos/paywave on delivery.
Delivery
- Delivery of our firewood to Napier, Hastings and Havelock Metro Areas is included in the price
- If your delivery is outside these areas a delivery fee will apply
- Please contact us to find out the current delivery time frame before ordering
- We will attempt to deliver to you at your desired delivery time, however, we cannot guarantee this during busy periods
Refunds/Cancellation/Replacement
- We retain the right to cancel any order, at any time, for any reason.
- Orders cancelled on the same day as delivery will incur a $50 cancellation fee
